U Class 31806 to visit Great Central Railway Winter Steam Gala

Swanage Railways U Class and Swanage Mogul Funds operational U Class No. 31806 is to visit the Great Central Railways Winter Steam Gala from Friday 29th January to Sunday 31st January 2016. It is set to work alongside another Southern Region visiting locomotive, in the form of Rebuilt Battle of Britain Bullied Pacific No. 34053 ‘Sir Keith Park’ from the Severn Valley Railway. The Great Central Railways home fleet will consist of 9F No. 92214, 8F No. 48624, GW Hall Class No. 6990 ‘Witherslack Hall’, King Arthur No. 777 ‘Sir Lamiel’, Black 5 No. 45305 and Ivatt Class 2 No. 46521, all subject to availability.
